Chargetrip serves customers like Shell Recharge, Ionity, Engie, Hertz, and Porsche to route approximately 20% of Europe's EV drivers each month.

About the role

Chargetrip is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive its growth in the European market. With strong product-market fit across multiple segments, you will join our Sales team in Amsterdam to scale up our European sales. You will report directly to our European Sales Team Lead and collaborate closely with the Commercial team located in Amsterdam.

What you’ll be working on

  • Growing Chargetrip’s customer base in Europe.

  • Driving revenue of Chargetrip's EV routing products through it's back-end API solutions and ready-made No-Code solutions.

  • Developing commercial relationships with companies across mobility, including EV charging, automotive, and fleet management.

  • Traveling to trade shows across Europe to build new relationships and strengthen existing relationships with customers and prospects.

  • Collaborating with the rest of the Commercial team on relationships.

  • Identify and explore opportunities for new use cases and segments.

What We Are Looking For

  • You are hands-on and thrive in a scaleup with a startup mentality. At the same time, you can navigate large organizations. Ideally, you have a proven track record in both.

  • You do not hesitate to cold-call, negotiate deals, or ask for a signature. But you also have the patience to give potential customers sound advice and build genuine trusting relationships.

  • You can fill a commercial pipeline and keep organized records in Hubspot.

  • You enjoy traveling regularly for work to conferences and customer visits.

  • You have 3+ years of relevant working experience; experience in the mobility/automotive sector is strongly preferred.
