About the Job

Some of the challenges you will be tackling

As Chargetrip’s Manager Business Development and Partnerships you will work alongside Chargetrip’s co-founder and CCO. Your primary focus will be to develop commercial relationships with large corporate organizations in Europe and the US, like automotive manufacturers, Tier-1-suppliers, and fleet operators, but you can work with smaller players just as successfully. You take pride and ownership in what you do, and want to help Chargetrip grow to its full global potential.

What We Are Looking For

  • You are hands-on and thrive in a scaleup with a startup mentality. At the same time, you are able to navigate large organizations. Ideally, you have a proven track-record in both.
  • You do not hesitate to cold-call, negotiate deals, or ask for a signature. Simultaneously, you have patience enough to provide potential customers with sound advice before they can make a choice.
  • You can map international clients, fill a commercial pipeline, develop commercial processes for today and those that prepare the company for the future.
  • You have a keen interest in our technology roadmap and are able to coordinate priorities based on customers’ needs with the development team.
  • Interest in and knowledge of the energy transition is a must.
  • Your English and German are fluent.
  • You enjoy being abroad for several days a month regularly.
  • You have 5-10 years of relevant working experience; experience in the automotive sector is a strong plus.
  • Preferably you can work from our HQ in Amsterdam, but working remotely is certainly not a dealbreaker.
