Chargetrip is building next-generation routing and telematics software for sustainable mobility by offering Smart EV Routing as an API based SaaS platform.
Our routing engine uses over fifteen different (dynamic) variables to calculate the real-time range for any electric vehicle (EV). Proprietary algorithms then compute the best route to a destination, including the optimal charge stations in between, specific to that journey, business logic, and preferences. Built-in predictive models optimise for total travel-time and travel-costs.
Chargetrip’s API is easy to integrate into existing charge-, navigation-, and telematic applications, optimising the UX for EV-drivers and the TCO of EV-fleets; owned, leased, rented, shared and autonomous. Our current customers include the Norwegian EV Association, Porsche, EnBW, EDP, and Be:Mo from Total. On average, over 150.000 EV drivers use our software every month; equal to 2% of all EV’s in the world.

What you'll be working on
💪 Align core values together with Chargetrip's co-founders and head of engineering
💪 Setup processes and work methodologies across our teams in Europe
💪 Assist and coach Romanian engineers
💪 Lead HR efforts
💪 Streamline local administration
What we're looking for
✅ You are the foundation of our Romanian team. You coach with warmth and compassion
✅ You lead by example and are good at implementing and governing value systems
✅ You are hands-on and thrive in a scaleup with a startup mentality
✅ You have a keen interest in the energy transition
✅ You are pricise and dilligent and understand how to deal with local administrative and legal requirements
✅ You are fluent in English
✅ You enjoy being abroad for several times a year
✅ You have 5-10 years of relevant working experience with leading teams
✅ You have experience with OKRs and vision to value methodologies
✅ You can succefully navigate and align the cultural differences between our diverse teams and build bridges where necessary
